Job Overview

We are seeking a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates to fulfill our client’s IT staffing requirements. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry
  • Proven track record of successfully fulfilling staffing requirements and meeting targets
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Strong understanding of US IT market trends and client requirements
  • Ability to evaluate and shortlist candidates based on their technical skills and cultural fit
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential candidates for IT staffing needs through various sourcing strategies
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the position
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the ongoing IT staffing requirements
  • Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategize effective recruitment methods
