**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated US Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding. The US Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Sourcing and Candidate Identification:**
– Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
– Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
2. **Candidate Screening and Interviewing:**
– Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
– Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills.
3. **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:**
– Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
– Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.
4. **Job Posting and Advertisement:**
– Draft compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
– Post jobs on various platforms and monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
5. **Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:**
– Facilitate the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
– Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
6. **Candidate Relationship Management:**
– Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
7. **Data Management and Reporting:**
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
– Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
