User Experience Designer

Job Description

Position Title: UX Designer

Experience Level: 7+ Years

Location: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities (Must Have)

• An excellent detailed UX artifacts portfolio through an online showcase.

• Responsible for the Product User journeys and overall experience

• Persona research, mapping and user flow creation

• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

• Effective presentation of design work.

• Working with Product Managers, Pres-sales Manager, UI designers, and technology team to ensure that user flows are simple, seamless and relevant

• Contribute to high level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams

• Excellent collaboration skills and have a knack for communicating complex problems and are thoughtful in your design decisions

• Leads Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders and conceptualizes the UX of the solutions.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, hands-on, and creative environment

• Some exposure to or interest in HCI, Game Design, Persuasive Design or other development approaches you can leverage to improve the overall effectiveness of your design solution

• Experience in User Experience Design, Product Design, Interaction Design & User Research

• Experience in designing SaaS products

– Expert-level skills in design & system modeling tools such as Figma, Adobe XD (or equivalent tools)

• Degree in B.Des/M.Des/MFA Degree/ UX Certifications or equivalent qualification.

Skills & Competencies (Good to have)

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
