User Experience Researcher

Job Description

:

As a UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience by
conducting thorough research to uncover insights that drive product design and
development. Your primary responsibility is to understand user behaviors, needs, and
motivations through various qualitative and quantitative research methods. Through
your findings, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation of
user-centric and intuitive digital products.

: Plan, execute user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies to gather insights into user behavior & preferences.
: Analyze and interpret research data, distilling complex information into actionable recommendations for design and development teams.
: Develop detailed user personas and journey maps based on research findings, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the design and development process, ensuring a user-centric approach.
: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products, providing insights that contribute to product differentiation.

● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design or related
field. Master’s degree is a plus.
● Proven experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects.
● Proficient in using a variety of research tools and methodologies.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication skills to convey research findings and insights effectively.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
● Familiarity with design thinking and agile development processes.
