Valvoline Global Operations India is located in Gurgaon, Haryana. We prefer candidates willing to work an in-office most of the times and ok to work from 11 AM – 8 PM.

How You’ll Make An Impact

The Human Resources Generalist will lead and execute HR operational activities with high accuracy primarily including maintaining accurate employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation. Will also support Payroll and local labor compliances.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

  • HR Operational Task such as creating EPR and coordinate for PO Creation, timely processing of all HR invoices (recruitment, BGV, Health, etc), issuing offer/Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter, Transfer Letter, Relieving Letter etc., HR Vendor & contract management,
  • MIS accuracy and Governance – Includes, handling all administrative tasks for onboarding (Onboarding Forms and BGVs etc.), data entry in human resources information systems SNOW, maintaining and provide the necessary documentation required for HR audit, maintaining the governance on reporting (Headcount, provisions tracking, etc.
  • Support in Monthly payroll activities, maintain monthly HR & statutory compliances and labor laws, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices. Gather & stay updated with govt. labor statistics, Laws, new employment regulations.
  • Assisting in various employee engagement initiatives across locations and preparing mailers.
  • Create various Adhoc activities including Quarterly Newsletter creation, HR SharePoint update, HRMS data update.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent Excel knowledge including advanced formulas such as MACROS, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to work in a global business environment with different need.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Generalist Activities, Recruitment, Onboarding, Joining Formalities, HR Operations, Human Resource Management, and HR Coordination
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a results-oriented environment with a strong customer service and consultative orientation.
  • Should have a fair understanding of financials
  • Good communication ability at One on One as well as Public Speaking level
  • Analytical cum Solution Oriented
  • Leadership quality to be a Self-starter & result oriented.
