Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at VLOGS Food Company in Hyderabad. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They will also be involved in financial planning, risk management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the organization.
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet and overhead cost allocation.
• Ensure for preparation & followup for daily outstanding receivables statement for all branches.
• Ensure all statutory payments to be done according to due dates.
• Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software.
• Responsible to provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems and supervise company financial staff.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
• Responsible to manage the cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.
• Develop a strong MIS process to capture, disclose, and analyze key operating and financial metrics on a regular basis.
• Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports.
• Working across multiple Finance functions to deliver Period forecast.
• Understand key drivers of the P&L

Specifications, Qualification & Experience:

• MBA in Finance and Accounts
• Minimum 2 year plus experience as Finance Manager/Assistant FM position at 4/5-star hotel.
• Must have 7-10 years of relevant experience, preference will be given for having experience in Food and Beverages or Restaurants industry.
