We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and possess strong leadership qualities. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, managing inventory, and leading a team of warehouse staff.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Supervise Warehouse Operations:* Oversee all activities within the warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
2. *Inventory Management:* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
3. *Team Leadership:* Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
4. *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
5. *Quality Control:* Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and conduct regular inspections to maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
6. *Vendor Coordination:* Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues related to inventory or shipments.
7. *Health and Safety Compliance:* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and implement measures to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.

*Qualifications:*

– Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
