Role Responsibilities
Route planning for local deliveries and managing returned orders
Overseeing a fleet of vehicles and warehouse operations in Bangalore
Coordinating packing and shipping for outstation deliveries
Managing labour and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Proven ability to manage and motivate labourers effectively
Vendor management expertise
Engineering degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in Operations, ideally in e-commerce, delivery services, or similar fields
Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi proficiency is advantageous
