Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill those needs.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiation and extending offers to successful candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Savvy with recruiting tools e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking system
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of hiring principles and labour laws/tax implications and other considerations for global hires
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
