Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Manager with 8-10 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing client accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a proven track record of effectively managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance (Labour law, GST, TDS, FEMA, Income tax, R.O.C etc) with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial planning and forecasting.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and regulatory compliance, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; M.Com, MBA (Finance) or CA (enter) designation is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on account management in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing client accounts and building strong professional relationships.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software Tally Prime and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
