HR & Administration Executive

Location – Delhi

This is a role for a bright young professional in the capacity of an administrative assistant who will help provide administrative support across multiple functions such as HR, administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage people records on the HR system including, offer letters, employment contracts, and other documents, and ensure they are up to date.
  • Coordinate on issuance and digital signature of documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, experience letters, etc., and coordinate on exit formalities.
  • Schedule induction sessions for new employees.
  • Support in the procurement and monitoring of company assets such as laptops etc.
  • Review and provide support on employee expense claim management as per approved policy.
  • Follow up and monitor for signature, storage, and completeness of customer contracts.
  • Handle general office administration tasks, including coordinating across teams, with vendors and third parties.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in HR, compliance, and admin roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work diligently across different teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office/Google Sheets is a must.
  • Prior experience in working with startups is a plus.
