Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying vendors and clients in the U.S market and place company’s consultants, screening, and placing bench consultants in new projects, collaborating with managers and stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with consultants and client managers.

Qualifications

· Minimum 6 years of experience in the US IT Bench Sales.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.

· Experience with US IT job boards, Hotlist preparation, social media, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn and Dice.

· Knowledge of US MSA and PO paperwork, work authorizations, and visa types.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to understand the US job market and coordinate with the vendors and clients.

· Ability to meet the weekly, monthly and quarterly submissions and PO quota.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Ability to understand the company’s goals and expectations.

Bachelor’s degree is required.
